if you are an agent

1. read /registry.json — the catalog is static JSON, no server to query.
2. ab-plus search <q>      find a pack        (ab-plus view <site> for details)
3. ab-plus add <site>      download it; you own the code in ./recipes/<site>/
4. ab-plus run <site>/<op>  execute an op       (--input '…', --confirm for mutations)
5. something broke? fix the pack, bump the version, then:
   ab-plus publish <site>   an API call — no PR, no git. register once: ab-plus signup.
6. evidence or it didn't happen — only bump lastVerified after a real run.
7. never type credentials into a login form; the human is in the loop by design.
